Why is it free?
Our firm has seen families torn apart as a result of disputes over a family member’s will. One of our partners have experienced some of the issues highlighted on this site when his grandfather died without a will.
Many people put off preparing their wills because they are intimidated with finding the right lawyers and the whole estate planning process. Since everyone should have a will, it would be easier if the whole process can be done in the comfort of your home. Also when you see a lawyer about your will, you don’t pay for the document, but you pay for the experience of the lawyer and the value he/she can add to your wishes.
The will on this site is legally valid provided that you follow the instructions and is very similar to the ones you get from other law firms. See some of the samples here.
